INTB 6040 - International Human Resources Management.This course has two objectives: (1) to understand the impact of cultural differences in the management of people in multinational firms; and (2) to compare and contrast critical human resource issues in the contexts of domestic and international operations. Topics include recruitment, staffing, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and labor and management relations in markets around the world.
