ISMG 6450 - IT Project Management.

Focuses on how firms successfully manage the adoption of IT. Projects and program management principles are the primary focus of this course. Topics. covered include approaches to prioritizing projects, estimating cost and time-to-market, build vs. buy decision, planning, monitoring and controlling implementation, measurement, total cost of ownership, effective management of both behavioral and technical aspects of the project and change management.Semester Hours: 3When Offered: FallPrerequisite: BUSN 6610 or 6810.
