MGMT 6821 - Managing for Sustainability.

This course will consider how companies are using social responsibility as a competitive advantage. The so-called green revolution is calling for organizations to take on increasing responsibility for environmental conservation, employee well being, and community development. This course considers how organizations can work with various stakeholders (employees, customers, communities, society-at-large) to develop and promote mutually beneficial products and solutions to key social needs and concerns.Semester Hours: 3
