CRJU 7220 - The American Jury System

The aim of this seminar is to raise most of the issues that have to be considered by anyone who wants to understand the American jury. This course attempts to determine what kind of complex matrix of legal functions, social symbols, practical reforms, political philosophy and human psychology the jury can be located.
