BLAW 4120 - Legal Issues for Entrepreneurs Skills in legal and factual analysis and the application of ethical theories are addressed with an emphasis on applicability for entrepreneurs. The cases are drawn from a variety of functional areas such as accounting, information systems, finance, management, marketing and production. Topics include securities, venture capital, employment law and consumer law. Cross-listed with ENTP 3120. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate Business majors with junior standing or higher.
