CHEM 2300 - Nutritional Chemistry Introduces nutrition intended primarily for majors in nursing, physical therapy, physical education. Topics include structure and metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, functions of vitamins and minerals and food constituents. Prereq: CHEM 1000 or CHEM 1474 or CHEM 2031 with a C- or better. Max hours: 3 Credits. Semester Hours: 3 to 3
