GEOG 5095 - Deploying GIS Functionality on the Web

Covers the core principles and technologies that allow the deployment of geographic information system (GIS) functionality over the World Wide Web. Hands-on exercises make use of the latest commercial software as well as open source technologies. Prereq: Graduate standing, and GEOG 4080 or 5080 with a grade of C or better, or computer science background, or permission of instructor. Cross-listed with GEOG 4095. Max hours: 3 Credits.
