PUAD 5440 - Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Focuses on concepts and skills necessary to negotiate policy and management decisions and manage internal and external conflicts. Designed to help students understand the dynamics that affect negotiations and to apply the principles and strategies of negotiation in a variety of decision making and dispute resolution contexts.
