MGMT 4481 - Human Resources Management: Career and employment coaching Focuses on enhanced approaches to discovering employment opportunities and providing career coaching, with an emphasis on unemployed veterans. Topics include discovering the unique capabilities a job-seeking veteran possesses, addressing the barriers to employment he or she may face, and methods the job seeker can use to educate prospective employers about the contributions to organizational success he or she can make.
