ANTH 5460 - Development and Conservation: Theory and Practice


Examines the praxis of anthropological knowledge of human ecosystem interaction and development of economic opportunities. Issues of biodiversity, resource conservation, sustainable development and globalization are studied. Note: this course assumes that students have completed ANTH 5450. Prereq: Graduate standing.
