FNCE 4129 - Practical Enterprise Risk Mgmt


Skills in legal and factual analysis and the application of ethical theories are advanced and refined through integrative cases. Topics include insurance law, personal property law, intellectual property law, agency, business organizations, securities, employment law, and consumer law. Special focus is placed on the relationship between insurance and risk and the topics covered. Prereq: FNCE 3000 with a grade of C or higher. Restriction: Restricted to undergraduate Business majors at a junior standing or higher. Cross-listed with FNCE 6129 and RISK 4129/6129. Max hours: 3 Credits. Semester Hours: 3 to 3
