INTE 6999 - Leadership for Technology Innovation

This course examines principles and strategies for leadership in a school, library, district, or organization aiming to improve its use of educational technology. Course learning essentials include how to: deal with competing voices; promote organizational change; assess and analyze technology use; pursue continuous improvement; employ strategic planning practices; implement effective programs; ensure sound professional development; wrestle with pressing leadership challenges; and secure funding (grant writing).
