URPL 6260 - Advanced Geo-Spatial Methods


Students will be introduced to the hardware, software, theory, and skills required to use Geographical Information Systems (GIS). In this course, students will learn how to use GIS software to manage, analyze, map, and present spatial data to support the planning and design processes.
