This course focuses on the best practices and strategies used to help revitalize urban areas. Topics include urban infill development; TODs; adaptive reuse; historic preservation; design review; parking; public spaces; brownfield/grayfield redevelopment; culture/tourism; special districts; incentives/funding; and revitalization policies.
