Course will focus on a variety of advanced tax topics for closely held businesses and individuals. Format: Lectures by expert tax professionals and questions/discussion on various topics with emphasis on current issues and trends. Prereq: Grade of C (2.0) or higher in ACCT 6140 or ACCT 4410.
