CHEM 4828 - Biochemistry Lab

Focuses on modern laboratory techniques for biochemical research, with an emphasis on methods for protein isolation, purification and characterization. Students perform experiments including chromatography, electrophoresis, molecular cloning, spectrophotometry, and enzyme activity assays.
