BIOL 1550 - Basic Biology: Ecology and the Diversity of Life


Introduces the process of science, gene expression, biological diversity, evolution, and ecology. Highlights applications to contemporary issues. Lecture and lab course. Note: For students who are not majoring in biology. Biology and health career majors should not take this course. Students may not receive credit for this course if they have already received credit for BIOL 2051 and BIOL 2061. Term offered: fall, spring, summer. Max hours: 4 Credits.
