COMM 5040 - Communication, Prisons, and Social Justice

Examines the U.S. prison-industrial complex and enables students to envision ways of reducing crime and improving democracy by engaging in community service. Note: This course fulfills the communication department’s exit class requirement. Cross-listed with COMM 4040. Restriction: Restricted to Graduate and Graduate Non-Degree majors.
