Covers training methods, theories, research findings. Students design and deliver their own training program, including collecting and analyzing metrics to gauge training success. Coreq: MGMT 3010. As a corequisite, MGMT 3010 can be taken concurrently or completed prior. If completed prior, must earn a D- or higher.
