MGMT 4440 - Human Resource Management: Performance Management

Focuses on the design and implementation of human resource management systems to assess and enhance employee performance. Areas of study include performance definition and measurement, goal setting, feedback, employee development, rater training, and pay for performance. Coreq: MGMT 3010. As a corequisite, MGMT 3010 can be taken concurrently or completed prior. If completed prior, must earn a D- or higher.
