SPAN 3213 - Contemporary Latin American Culture and Institutions Introduction to contemporary Latin American culture and institutions, with emphasis on the social, economic and political institutions of Spanish-speaking countries. Note: This course assumes that students have passed SPAN 2120 or 2130 or equivalent, or have taken four years of high school Spanish, or possess equivalent proficiency.
