BIOE 5063 - 3D Modeling for Bioengineers

Course instills 3D modeling skills specific to biomedical industry. Topics include computer aided design, medical imaging, image processing, patient specific image to three-dimensional model reconstruction, non-uniform rational b-spline surfaces, finite element, computational fluid dynamics analyses, physical modeling using rapid prototyping.
