ECON 7661 - Health Economics I


This is the first course in the Ph.D field sequence for Health Economics. The goal of this course is to familiarize you with the basic theory and empirical findings in the part of health economics which focuses on the market for medical care and the policy that surrounds it. Pre-req or co-req ECON 5823. Students must enroll in both courses concurrently or have completed ECON 5823 with a B- or better. Restricted to students with graduate standing. Term offered: spring.
