BIOL 4055 - Virology

This is an upper level undergraduate/graduate class providing an in-depth study of the history of virology, different types of viruses, viral disease, research to combat viral infections, and different uses of viruses in biotechnology. Note: Students will not earn credit for this course if they have already earned credit for BIOL 4051 or BIOL 5051. Prereq: BIOL 3611 with a grade of C- or higher. Cross-listed with BIOL 5055.
