Studies Spanish heritage speakers, including characteristics of how they learn and how best to teach them. Includes definitions of heritage speakers, strengths and weaknesses in learning Spanish, and attitudes of and towards heritage speakers in the classroom. Prereq: SPAN 3060 with a C? or higher.
