CRJU 3160 - White-Collar Crime Employs social science and legal approaches to examine crime committed by corporations as well as by individuals in white-collar occupations. Topics include how such crimes are socially defined, who commits them, which social contexts promote them, who is victimized, and how society and the criminal justice system respond.
