Most species on earth are invertebrate animals that, by definition, lack backbones. This course examines the biology, taxonomy, anatomy, ecology and evolution of these important creatures, which occupy a diversity of terrestrial, freshwater and marine habitats. Prereq: One year of general biology with a grade of “C” (2.0) or higher.Semester Hours: 3to 3
