Surveys widely used techniques for surface analysis, including thermal desorption, mass spectrometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and surface electrochemistry. Applications to catalyst and organic or biological surfaces are included. Prereq: CHEM 4121 or equivalent.Semester Hours: 3to 3
