MATH 4788 - BioinformaticsSummer 2010 Registration MATH 4788 Provides a broad exposure to the basic concepts and methodologies of bioinformatics and their application to analyzing genomic and proteomic data. Topics may include dynamic programming algorithms, graph theoretic techniques, hidden Markov models, phylogenetic trees, RNA/protein structure prediction and microarray analysis.
