Surveys some of the major schools of psychotherapy, including cognitive and cognitive-behavioral therapies as well as motivational interviewing. Coverage also includes therapy techniques, process of therapy, and treatment-outcome research. Prereq: Admission to the Psychology MA, Clinical program or the Clinical Health Psychology Ph.D. program or with permission of instructor and graduate program director.Semester Hours: 3to 3
