THTR 3580 - Theatre for Children

Offered irregularly. Study of processes involved in creating substantial theatre for children, including an examination of various sources for dramatizing children’s stories, fairy tales, poems, and existing scripts. Includes a full production of a children’s play to be performed by members of the class before audiences of children. Prereq: THTR 1001 or permission of instructor. Semester Hours: 3 to 3
