ENGL 4200 - History of the English Novel I

Rise and development of the English novel from its beginnings in the 18th century through the mid-19th century, including such writers as Defore, Fielding, Austen and Shelley. Prereq: Must have 30 semester hours or permission of the instructor. Cross-listed with ENGL 5200. Semester Hours: 3 to 3
