FNCE 4129 - Legal and Ethical Implications of Risk Skills in legal and factual analysis and the application of ethical theories are advanced and refined through integrative cases. Topics include insurance law, personal property law, intellectual property law, agency, business organizations, securities, employment law, and consumer law. Special focus is placed on the relationship between insurance and risk and the topics covered. Prereq: BLAW 3000. Semester Hours: 3 to 3
