MATH 3040 - Mathematics for Elementary Teachers

Topics include intuitive and logical development of geometric ideas relevant to K-6 curriculum; measurement of length, area, volume, mass, angle, temperature, time and the metric system. Further study of the rational number system, probability and statistics, applications and problem solving. Note: Carries credit only for elementary education majors.
