Examines issues of transportation in urban development, the urban transportation system, the relationship between land use planning and transportation planning, urban transportation planning processes and selected issues. Covers theoretical, policy, and practical perspectives to understand the merits of employing specific planning policies or other infrastructure investments. Prereq: URPL 6673.
