The Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies (ALPS) program is designed to develop outstanding educational leaders. Students will develop in-depth understanding about leadership roles and responsibilities, contemporary educational issues and collaboration, as well as a thorough awareness of legal, financial and political dimensions impacting education.

Admission to the ALPS program is competitive. All applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and a teaching or special services license; we recommend approximately three years of post-licensure experience in the field of education.

The ALPS program seeks students who possess:

  • High intellectual ability
  • Strong academic backgrounds, and
  • Clear leadership potential.
