Declaring This Certificate
- All undergraduate students in good standing (including non-degree seeking students) will be admitted to the program. For students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, this requires a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or above.

Certificate Requirements
- Some mathematical background (including calculus and linear algebra) is recommended.
- Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA or above in certificate courses with no credit given for courses with grades below B-.
- Since a certificate is a University of Colorado Denver certification of a student’s specialized knowledge in an advanced subject area, all courses in the certificate program are expected to be taken in residency at the University of Colorado Denver.
