Declaring This Minor
General Requirements
To earn a degree, students must satisfy all requirements in each of the areas below, in addition to their individual major requirements.

Program Requirements
- Students interested in a minor in history are required to complete 18 hours of course work.
- At least 12 semester hours must be completed at CU Denver.
- No grade below a C (2.0) will count toward the minor.
- Students minoring in history must take at least 9 credit hours of upper division (3000- and 4000-level) History courses.
Take a minimum of three semester hours in each of the following areas:
- United States
- Europe
- World.
At least six semester hours of these electives must be upper-division history courses.
