General Requirements
To earn a degree, students must satisfy all requirements in each of the three areas below, in addition to their individual major requirements.

Program Requirements
- Students must complete a total of at least 30 upper-division MATH semester hours (typically 10 courses).
- Students must complete at least 15 upper-division semester hours in MATH in residence at CU Denver.
- A grade of C- or better is needed in each class counted toward the MATH major.
- A minimum GPA of 2.25 is required for all MATH courses applying to MATH requirements.
