General Requirements

To earn a degree, students must satisfy all requirements in each of the areas below, in addition to their individual major requirements.

Program Requirements

18 credits of course work.
At least 12 credits of course work must be completed at CU Denver.
Minimum grade of C in all HIST courses taken at CU Denver, and minimum grade of C- all transfer courses for them to count toward the minor.
Students minoring in history must take at least 9 credits of upper division level History courses.

Take a minimum of three semester hours in each of the following areas:

United States
Europe
World.

At least six semester hours of these electives must be upper-division history courses.
