General Requirements
To earn a degree, students must satisfy all requirements in each of the areas below, in addition to their individual major requirements.

Program Requirements
- 18 credits of course work.
- At least 12 credits of course work must be completed at CU Denver.
- Minimum grade of C in all HIST courses taken at CU Denver, and minimum grade of C- all transfer courses for them to count toward the minor.
- Students minoring in history must take at least 9 credits of upper division level History courses.
Take a minimum of three semester hours in each of the following areas:
- United States
- Europe
- World.
At least six semester hours of these electives must be upper-division history courses.
