General Requirements

To earn a degree, students must satisfy all requirements in each of the areas below, in addition to their individual major requirements.

Program Requirements


  1. A minor in Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience requires the completion of 15 semester hours with a grade of C- (1.7) or better in each individual course.
  2. At least 9 upper­ division semester credit hours (3000 ­ 4000 level courses) must be taken from CU Denver faculty.
  3. Overall minimum GPA is 2.0 in the courses used toward the Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience Minor.
  4. None of these courses can be taken on a Pass/Fail basis. They must receive a final letter grade.
