Foreign Language

Required of CAM undergraduates with majors in the Department of Visual Arts or the Department of Theatre, Film and Video Production. Undergraduates in the Department of Music and Entertainment Industry Studies are exempt from this requirement.

Second college semester proficiency in a single foreign language
0-10 credit hours
Demonstrated by one of the following:
- Completion of a 2nd year (Level II) high school course with a minimum grade of C- (1.7) in the final semester.
- 2nd semester (Level II) college-level course with minimum grade of C- (1.7). May not be taken pass/fail. A “conversation” course is not acceptable.
