ECED 4410 - Using Coaching Skills in Early Childhood Settings

This course focuses on the fundamentals and recommended practices of relationship-based coaching using a systematic, individualized, reflective approach. Throughout the course students will apply these strategies to fieldwork experiences in early childhood settings, applicable to any ECE curriculum or model. Cross-listed with ECED 5410.
