CRJU 3251 - Crime and the Media This course surveys the relationships between mass media, crime, offenders, victims, and criminal justice. It explores how the criminal justice system and its agents, accused and convicted offenders, and victims, are portrayed in the media and the influence of these depictions on society, public policy, and the criminal justice system.
