GEMM 6210 - Energy and the Law: Property and Contracts

The elective will focus on the process of managing the use and development of land resources in a sustainable way. Topics such as; public controls, powers used for land regulation, and an intro to real estate will be covered to enhance students understanding of land management and its application to the energy industry.
