Subject matter includes precipitation measurement and data analysis, stream flow measurement and water budget analysis, evaporation and evapotranspiration, infiltration and rainfall-runoff relationships, hydrograph properties and unit hydrograph analysis, flood frequency, analysis and flood routing.
