Promotes research skills. Involves presenting a research topic and discussions of its merits, reviewing journal articles, writing a paper and/or a proposal in the NIH / NSF format in the student’s area of research. Prereq: PhD student standing or permission of instructor for MS students who are writing a thesis.Semester Hours: 3to 3
