Summer 2010 Registration CHEM 4828
Focuses on modern laboratory techniques for biochemical research, with an emphasis on methods for protein isolation, purification, and identification. Students perform experiments involving (but not limited to) chromatography, electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, and protein activity assays. Prereq: CHEM 3810 or 4810.Semester Hours: 2to 2
