Focuses on training students to do rigorous research in economics. Topics include the analysis of large data sets, further development of econometric skills, and writing a research paper. Note: Students attend lectures and also meet regularly with the instructor in the process of doing a sophisticated research project. Prereq: ECON 5823 and 6053.Semester Hours: 3to 3
