A seminar course focusing on problems and issues in developing effective schools. This course builds on concepts from organizational behavior and leadership and orients students toward planning, executing, and assessing school improvement programs. Emphasis is placed on working through teachers to improve school capacity. Prereq: Permission of instructor.Semester Hours: 1to 6
